I'm Laura Gilbey — founder of GILBEY Compliance Group and a dedicated specialist in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management and a qualified Engineer.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in aerospace, engineering, and manufacturing, I bring a real-world understanding of how to implement and sustain effective management systems. I’m a qualified IRCA Lead Auditor, hold the NEBOSH General Certificate, and I have achieved the IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management, equipping me to support businesses not only in achieving ISO certification (AS9100, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), but in creating systems that genuinely improve performance, reduce risk, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

I set up GILBEY Compliance Group to offer something different: a service that’s tailored, straight-talking, and built around your sector’s unique needs. Whether it’s internal audits, training, or full system implementation, my consultancy, support and training combines technical excellence with a warm, personable approach.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the golf course — where, like in quality management, it’s all about precision, patience, and keeping your eye on the target. It often gives me great networking opportunities.
